Riverside Restaurant. Meeting was scheduled to meet at Sonora Mexican Restaurant however, they were closed.

Call to Order: Gary-President
Attendance: Gary, Pat, Dustin, Karla, Jan, Troy, Jason and Michelle

Gary read Old Business New Business:

• With Winter coming up, Vehicles on the street are going to need to be off the street for Snow Plow to plow the road.
• It is Against the City’s Ordinance and Riverbend CC&Rs to park vehicles on the street.
• Timberwood Dr. has the most vehicles on both sides of the street. HOA will enforce the parking on streets with a 30-Day Notice and/or Penalty Fines. The City of HSB may also ticket the vehicles per request from HOA.
• Some Garages are Bigger/Smaller than others and some Residents have too big of vehicles for their driveway. Residents need to use other outlets, Not the Alley to park.
• Four Home Owners are Delinquent on their 2021 HOA Dues. Secretary will be sending Final Notices to the Home Owner, then will be starting process to put a lien on Property.
• All in favor for Quarterly Meetings.
• All in favor for HOA to pay for next meetings Food & Drinks. Next meeting is Scheduled for February 10th, 2022 @ 6:30 Pm at the Riverside Restraunt. 7:45PM Gary called meeting to an end, all in favor.
