• Brett & Rachel Dale are currently working on Lot 10 for Purchase. They will follow up
with Board prior to next meeting.
• Landscaping- Karla mentioned Lawn Enforcement out of Garden Valley- Sean will call
them to see if they will come out for Common Area Maintenance. Michelle mentioned
Local teenager named Kealen Jones also for Maintenance for Common Areas. Brett also
had someone to contact. We will follow up through email regarding Landscaper.
• Lighting on Streets, Karla contacted Idaho Power for information on Street Lights—She was quoted $5,000.00 per Street light. She also researched Standardized Lights; they
would need approval from the City. Streetlamps installed would need concrete put into
